Trois tetes and I went to Burton on Trent today (by train). At the station we made the acquaintance of a lively set of nuns.

Once in B upon T we had a coffee before meeting Andrew and Mary to celebrate the end of Mary’s chemo therapy. (Hooray)

TT with his wooden spoon. (He is my number one.)

I love this picture of TT. The colours are amazing and so is his expression!

Julia — your photos of people are amazing — how do you capture their facial expressions? I think this one of the sisters is one of my all-time favorites, each one of them really grabs my heart and stands out to me as an individual person. Have you ever thought of doing a photo clinic or something?

Oh thanks Dana you are really sweet to say this … but honestly I am not good at this. I just occasionally get a lucky shot!! When I look at other work on Flickr I know that I am not in the lead here!! Other people are so much better. I have definitely improved though after taking so many shots, but still got a long way to go before I can tell anything to other people. I am much flattered by your kind words though.
