					<description>hi jill. Yiou just need to grab the html code. If you go to where you made the show, presumably on slide.com. 

If you look to the right, there is the date and a little computer icon. To the right of that is the word 'embed:' and then a load of code in a box. The code will probably begin with  'div' 'embed' . Click in that box and it will highlight itself. Copy the code (control C) and then paste it into your blog. 
That is what I do to grab YouTube videos too.

I use blogger.com site or can I post it to facebook and then copy it ?????
